# Made By Pony Fulfillment and Refund Policy

## 1. Service Fulfillment

### 1.1 Project Initiation

- Upon receipt of a signed contract and initial payment, Made By Pony will commence work within 5 business days.

- A project manager will be assigned and will reach out to schedule a kick-off meeting.

### 1.2 Project Timeline

- A detailed project timeline will be provided within 3 business days of the kick-off meeting.

- Timelines may be adjusted based on client feedback and approval processes.

### 1.3 Deliverables

- All deliverables will be outlined in the project scope document.

- Draft deliverables will be submitted for client review as per the agreed timeline.

- Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard project scope.

### 1.4 Project Completion

- Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

- All source files and assets will be transferred to the client within 5 business days of project completion.

## 2. Payment Terms

### 2.1 Fee Structure

- Project fees will be clearly outlined in the proposal and contract.

- For projects exceeding $5,000, a 50% deposit is required to commence work.

### 2.2 Invoicing

- Invoices will be sent electronically.

- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.

## 3. Refund Policy

### 3.1 Project Cancellation

- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun:

- Up to 25% completion: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

- 25-50% completion: 25% of the deposit will be refunded.

- Over 50% completion: No refund will be issued.

### 3.2 Dissatisfaction with Services

- If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables.

- Made By Pony will work to address concerns and make necessary revisions within the scope of the original project.

- If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Made By Pony management.

### 3.3 Scope Changes

- Changes to project scope may result in additional fees.

- No refunds will be issued for completed work if the client changes the project scope mid-project.

## 4. Intellectual Property

### 4.1 Ownership Transfer

- Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client.

- Made By Pony retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

### 4.2 Third-Party Assets

- Any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, fonts) used in the project will be licensed to the client or have their usage rights clearly communicated.

## 5. Confidentiality

### 5.1 Non-Disclosure

- Made By Pony agrees to keep all client information confidential.

- Clients agree not to disclose Made By Pony's proprietary processes or methodologies.

## 6. Dispute Resolution

### 6.1 Mediation

- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to enter into mediation before pursuing legal action.

- Made By Pony reserves the right to update this policy.
